Our promise
We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day returns

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Earrings are final sale

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

• Email us at jadeyadesign.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

• Buyers cover return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — then we cover it.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping — your choice.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size where applicable, subject to availability.
